Services. Dream Designs Balloon Decor & More provides Balloon Decorations, Balloon Arrangements, Dessert Cart Rentals, Helium Balloon Services, Photobooth Rentals and related services. Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Dream Designs Balloon Decor & More against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
